Waterproof Flooring
SPC means Stone Plastic Composite. There are many waterproof products being advertised on the market today. Vinyl, WPC (wood plastic composite), SPC, etc. SPC’s core layer is comprised of limestone. This means it has a higher density in comparison to WPC. WPC is typically manufactured to be a thicker than SPC. MOST would infer a thicker product would be better; however, SPC’s are thinner overall but have a HIGHER density. That makes SPC MORE durable compared to WPC.
SPC’s high density offers better resistance from scratches or dents from heavy items or furniture being placed on top of it and makes it less susceptible to expansion in cases of extreme temperature change.
This product is a floating floor. It must be installed on a flat surface. All of our SPC’s have a Drop n Lock interlocking system. This allows for quick and easy installation.
Some of our SPC’s already have attached underlayment on the back of the planks. Some do not. The pad is not required; however, the underlayment does contribute to a better sounding floor after installation.

The Shoreline Collection is an acacia look. This collection offers a dark brown, natural, grey, and medium brown color options. Acacia is a very popular flooring species. This species is known for its distinct pattern and movement.
